When you proceed with RV Technologies you will have to agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy. Refunds should only be claimed in case we are unable to come to a mutually satisfactory solution. Below are some points for your consideration:-
- There will be a full refund if the programmer / designer / content writer / SEO expert (or any other resource / staff) has not started the project.
- If we fail to deliver as agreed time after the initial design style is approved, then we will issue a partial refund as per the proportion of the work completed.
- If we have completed the project and uploaded it on the server, then refund won’t be entertained.
- Proportionate amount will be refunded if the client decides to cancel the order at any point of time.
- The possibility of refund won’t be entertained for the days the resource has already worked.
- If a client is not satisfied with the work at any point of time, he must immediately notify us at contact@rvtechnologies.com/ and ask for commitments towards discounts for the work loss. Any such negotiation at a later date will not be acceptable.
- Technical Glitches: Again the possibility of refund will not be possible for the services which are bought from the third party vendors like Domain, Hosting, API/Extension services as they are outside from our area of influence.
RV technologies reserves the right to change, modify or amend this policy at any time.
